FIFO Plumbers | Gas Servicing | 2:1 Roster

Evolve Talent is currently partnering with a leading mining client to recruit qualified Plumbers with a G Class Gas Servicing Licence for permanent 2/1 FIFO Camp & Mine Maintenance opportunities in Western Australia.

The Role
As a FIFO Camp & Mine Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining plumbing systems and facilities across remote mine-site accommodation and camp facilities.
Your duties will include:
Carrying out general plumbing repairs and maintenance across mine-site and camp facilities.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing faults and system issues.
Maintaining water supply, drainage and sewer systems.
Completing preventative and reactive maintenance.
Conducting routine inspections of plumbing systems, equipment and facilities.
Repairing and maintaining amenities, kitchens, accommodation and common areas.
Working with pipes, fixtures, pumps, drainage and water supply networks.
Responding to day-to-day maintenance requests.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and site procedures.
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and site safety.

What We're Looking For
To be considered, you will need:
Current WA Plumbing Licence.
Current WA G Class Gas Servicing Licence – essential.
Must be clean-shaven in the respirator sealing area and able to successfully pass a mask fit test.
Must be Perth-based and available to work a 2/1 FIFO roster.
Construction White Card.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Current First Aid & CPR/LVR – obtained within the last 12 months.
National Police Clearance – issued within the last 6 months.
Ability to successfully complete a site medical and drug and alcohol screening.

Desirable
The following will be highly regarded:
Excavator Ticket.
Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
